POSITION OVERVIEW :
With minimal supervision, enter required data into deployment system and track candidates through the pre-travel physical qualification process. This administrative position may require the incumbent to exercise discretion and independent judgment in order to meet established objectives. Understands priorities within the office and helps ensure that they are met. Anticipates where problem areas may arise; evaluates alternative methods of accomplishing tasks and meeting goals; and initiates suitable action.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
Works remote with daily data entry and extraction from client’s site, and client workstation.
Must be able to work in customer office 2-3 days per week at the Centennial, CO field office location
Enters employee information into travel database with required dates matching the construction schedule. Adjust travel dates with updated construction schedule.
Produces reports for status of employee travel and physical qualifications.
Collaborates with construction management to adjust personnel based on available staffing and status of project.
Communicates with outside contractor personnel to guide through the physical qualification process. Follows up to ensure candidates are processed through on-time and adjust staff travel to meet the staffing objectives.
Reconciles various office accounts; pays operating bills or submits appropriate documentation to the corporate office for payment. Follows up as needed to ensure timeliness and avoidance of late payments.
Prepares travel status and reports for management tracking of status.
Keeps current on all project and Company policies and procedures, interpreting and administering same.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience with 5-8 years of in an administrative/financial capacity.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. Additionally, a demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and the utilization of MS Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, is required. A working knowledge of company policies and procedures is preferred, as well as a demonstrated ability to administer a variety of activities simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
This position pays a minimum hourly rate of $27.36 and a maximum hourly rate of $47.88.
