Parsons Corporation Contracts Administrator in Doha, Qatar

Job Description:

Required Qualification:

4-year degree in engineering /QS/construction or equivalent

Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Required Experience:

20+ years prime contract administration and management on large international engineering / construction projects.

10 years in similar capacity on large construction / infrastructure projects.

5 years of experience in Qatar/GCC region

Administration of multiple contracts including interpretation, claims, etc.

Working knowledge of FIDIC and other international standards, pre- and post-award contract administration. Familiar with civil and common law is a plus.

Extensive experience with contract administration, negotiation, high value claims, dispute resolution, arbitration. Preferably Middle East experience.

Ability to work as part of specialist team

Proven ability to perform management capacity.

First class interpersonal, negotiation, report writing and communication skills.

Working knowledge of software typically associated with contract administration.
