Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supportsthe team to identify, maintain, and prioritize opportunities throughout theregion

  • Participates in workshops and meetings to developclient engagement strategies and scopes of work

  • Leads and develops material for client engagements suchas presentations to clients, scope documents, and reviews

  • Provides technical support in the delivery oroversight of smart mobility solutions

  • Supports the team in identifying technology partnersor consultancies for opportunities

  • Can lead or work independently to deliver a packageof work of a strategic or technical nature

  • Represents the latest smart mobility innovations tothe regional innovation committee

  • Builds/improvesthe relationship with the client by presenting a continuous and consistentbehavior toward professionalism, technical expertise, and excellence

  • Bringsfresh ideas and concepts to existing and future clients and to support Parsonsin adopting new approaches to streamline work activities

  • Supports marketing and communications activities forpublications, thought pieces, and presentations at conferences and exhibitions

  • Performsother responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

  • Travelsthroughout the Middle East and the United States

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Three‑year degree in a technology-relateddiscipline and preferably a master’s degree or Ph.D.

  • Two to four years of total work experienceon technology or transport infrastructure development projects

  • Must have exposure to smart city–relatedimplementations or demonstrable knowledge of the latest industry trends andinnovations

  • Telecommunications network background preferred

  • Proven ability to work as part of a team or tolead and complete an activity independently

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to prepare dynamic and interesting PowerPointpresentations and to work in MS Office

  • Knowledge of current technology and how it canbe effectively used in different industries
