Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Assistant to join the Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier! In this role you will get to support multiple high visibility activities for the Army Product Manager located onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel and human resources support to the PM/PEO and others as necessary.

The candidate may be required to handle sensitive or confidential information.

Manage the PM/PEO calendar using Microsoft Outlook.

Act in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support.

Prepare a variety of documents including correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and grammar usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.

The candidate may be required to train lower-level administrative support analysts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to maintain one

5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Alternatively, 10+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent in place of a degree.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365

Proficiency with the Defense Travel System

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Knowledge of SharePoint is desired

Secret

Salary Range:

$21.44 - $37.55
