Job Description:
Parsons Corporation is seeking candidates to join a highly successful team that has won and performed over $100 Million of Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) work around the world for more than 20 years. This challenging and exciting work will provide you the opportunity to travel CONUS and OCONUS to the most important DoD defense systems and critical infrastructure to ensure the survivability of any threat or attack. This is an exciting opportunity to experience travelling to destinations around the world and protecting mission critical infrastructure.
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Nuclear Enterprise Support Directorate (NE), Mission Assurance (MA) Department performs adversarial assessments. The NE-MA Department’s adversarial assessment program delivers a unique assessment capability in that it emulates an independent, multidisciplinary adversary providing a true “outside looking in” perspective. Adversarial types emulated by the team include foreign intelligence entities, Level II Asymmetric threats, insider threats, and terrorist organizations.
The candidate shall conduct research, perform in-depth analysis, interpret data, and emulate adversarial capabilities based on project objectives to identify gaps in information and analysis. Additionally, the Red Analyst shall support course of action development pertaining to an assessment in conjunction with the programs partner support.
Job responsibilities:
Conduct collection, analysis, and fusion of the collected information for a specific program
Identify information requirements, develop collection plans, identify information sources, and develop/conduct takings
Perform extensive Open Source collection
Manage information flow from DoD Red Team partners
Prepare activity reports as required
Develop courses of action and associated plans/orders to conduct assessments in conjunction with Red Cell assets
Prepare program deliverables
Required Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI clearance
Proficient in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, contractual, and research information/data
Excellent analytical, communications-both oral and written, and project management experience
Desired Job Qualifications:
A minimum of a High School diploma coupled with 11+ years’ experience; OR Bachelor’s degree coupled with 5+ years’ experience; OR a Master’s degree coupled with 3+ years’ experience. ( Flexible depending on the experienced )
Previous experience working with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, preferably within the Nuclear Enterprise. Previous experience working with COCOMS, Joint Staff, or similar levels elements. Previous experience with intergovernmental or international partnership programs. Currently possess a TS/SCI clearance. Five years’ experience working assessment related activities.
