Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Strategic Outreach & Advisory Group Chair to join our team! In this role you will get to p r ovide the Army G2 (Intelligence), and other Government staff support for senior-level Government decision making for Intelligence Community agencies, DoD, service, and commands.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide the Army G2 (Intelligence), and other Government staff support for senior-level Government decision making for Intelligence Community agencies, DoD, service, and commands.

  • Provide technical expertise to the Government with conducting research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine.

  • Provide support to the Government with executive-level projects as well as analyze, assess, and develop future strategy and guidance governing client OSINT operations.

  • Support client-based equities in Intelligence Community, DoD, and interagency policy formulations on OSINT issues and foreign partner agreements.

  • Conduct research for the strategic and conceptual guidance to Intelligence Community leaders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance

  • Ability to maintain current knowledge of and play a deliberate role in interpreting all applicable military regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Experience preparing military correspondence, staff documents, etc., commensurate with senior officer command level organizations; e.g., correspondence in accordance with DoD 5110.4-M, Army Regulation 25-50, or Preparing and Managing Correspondence

  • Knowledge of the organization, operations, regulations, policies and procedures of the military client

  • Advanced knowledge of military departments, intelligence community, institutions, commands, and programs

  • Advanced knowledge of military budgetary regulations and policies; able to demonstrate thorough understanding to coordinate budget validation, program execution, and plans

  • Ability to demonstrate discretionary judgment in the decision making process, specifically when recommending program actions for implementation

  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders/officials

  • Ability to meet the physical demand rating for the position (e.g., able to lift 50 lbs., physically navigate on foot through military training lands)

  • Ability to think critically to solve problems, prepare, staff, and provide recommendations to address challenges and constraints related to the client organization

  • Ability to pass all security requirements IAW installation Provost Marshall’s Policy in order to gain access to the installation

  • Ability to travel for business, as needed

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years in a field which provides the proposed incumbent with the overall knowledge to perform the tasks identified in the Government’s Task Order and/or experience in like-type assignments within the client’s stakeholder community

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret
