Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Coordinator to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct Foundry Training execution at key locations and at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICOE) OSINT Basic Course (OBC). Provide instructor training using OSINT Programs of Instruction (POI) approved by the AOO and support the development of new/revised curricula to maintain POI currency.

  • Provide support to the Government POI, including:- Refreshers as needed on OSINT Foundry courses. - Real-time event detection and alerting.- PAI/CAI Collection with secure browsing techniques and dark web exploitation.- Procedures for accessing deep web (e.g., data acquisition).- Focused in-depth exploitation and data visualization.- Machine language translation/linguistic support of foreign language media content.- Procedures for applying for access to DoD enterprise-level approved tools and programs.- Collection requirement management.- Procedures for complying with OSIR requirements.- Computer and mobile device security.- Deep understanding of PAI/CAI and databases available to Army/DoD enterprise users.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors & 10+ years of experience, Masters & 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 5+ years of experience

  • Ability to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.

  • Knowledge of needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments.

  • Skills to determine the organization, communication, and delivery of the course content and materials and to develop learning activities and demonstrations.

  • Skills to create course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT).

  • Skills to monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.

  • TS/SCI Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret SCI
