Parsons Unconventional Access portfolio provides rapid response embedded hardware and software capabilities in support of Cyber Operations missions. Our specific contract efforts support development and procurement initiatives across several projects delivering focused HW/SW capability to extend our customers’ deployable intellectual property.

Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
8+ years of experience with a Master's in a related field
10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in a related field
Plan and conduct EMI and RF site surveys, trouble shoot noise sources
High degree of experience using RF test equipment
Ability to update and create automated test setups (i.e. python and Visual Basic scripting to automatically control RF test equipment).
Ability to identify opportunities to replace RF test equipment with more mobile SDRs programmed and configured for the required RF testing
Experience with programming and configuring SDR FPGAs - FPGA level configuration of SDR is not necessary for E3. Just need someone who can leverage open source frameworks or included GUls/apps.
Experience working with open source RF frameworks (GNU radio, REDHAWK)
Experience evaluating and testing RF antennas in both lab and field environments
Ability to apply EMI mitigation requirements to operational systems; ability to review and generate theoretical RF/EMI field characterizations
Ability to design and conduct EMI mitigation training for team members.
Some OCONUS travel required to become familiar with the mission supported systems. Estimated at 2 times/year to friendly locations.
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
