Are you meticulous and organized with your cyber security and system administrationand it's hygiene? Want to join a team with a need for someone to lead those efforts on some disparate networks working with NetApps, CISCO networking hardware, Windows systems, Virtualization with VMWare and a host of other interesting technologies?

You'll work alongside our team, supporting ICS/SCADA technologies as well as complex development environments with a need for continued monitoring, security, and diligence. If you don't already have all the skills, that's ok! We're interested in helping you get there; we're aiming for someone with most of the skills and who is avigilantlearner.


  • Support internal lab network architecture and ensure the health and status of the environment

  • Participate in lab configuration to include hardware and software installation and updates

  • Maintain, configure and archive the networkand individual projects/sub-networks

  • Maintain documentation for Network topology, services, user access and compliance reporting

  • Troubleshoot, triage and correct network issues

  • Maintain Software Security Procedures and document software development plan

  • Collect and submit auditing documents to maintain systemcompliance.

  • Demonstrate understanding and proficiency in Windows administration, understanding and use of virtualization, and some minor comfort and ability with Linux assistance

  • Configure and update logging, auditing, firewalls, accounts, patching, and overall configuration to ensure hardened and protected mission capabilities

  • Work with a small to medium team (5-10) whose focus lies on similar tasking to come up with better methods and cutting edge solutions for the hard problems faced throughout our customer's environment

  • Provide input and assistance for VMWare - vSphere/Horizon View/VDP environments as needed

  • Keep up to date on IAVA patching and ensure our systems are always ready for updated scans


  • 8 years experience (bachelor's degree can be applied for four years credit; master's degree can be applied for six years credit)

  • 2 years leadership experience

  • VMware experience (specifically vSphere/HorizonView/VDP environments)

  • IAVA patching experience

  • Experience with Windows and Linux systems
