Job Description:

The Business Analyst / Process Modeller will work in a team that uses contemporary and traditional approaches. The Analyst will examine, assess and develop ways to increase the value of our client's output for positive real-world Digital Twin outcomes. This will include understanding requirements for digital twin implementation, mapping key business processes that will support the roll out of digital solutions, developing new business propositions and researching potential technologies.

The Business Analyst Strategy will be:

  • Bridge the gap between Information Technology and Business Needs.

  • Ensure alignment with the project execution strategy by participating in the creation of a Digital Twin roadmap.

  • Maintain focus on delivering business value.

  • Facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration.

  • Managing and working within functions/function workstreams to deliver excellent results for the programme.

  • Analysing programme processes and operations, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements in accordance with the programme Digital Twin objectives. This will include workshop facilitation to engage people, gathering inputs for analysis and sharing ideas and conclusions.

  • Preparing reports and presenting to a range of programme stakeholders.

  • Contributing to the development of operational improvement tools, techniques and methods that build capability within our teams.

  • Capturing and recording functional and non-functional requirements and producing process maps to standard notations such as Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), and through User Story Mapping.

  • Providing an interface between the operational and project teams throughout the life cycle.

What you can bring?

Ideally the successful candidate will have a relevant degree or professional qualification (such as BCS CITP status, ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis or IIBA accreditation). Equally, they may have gained relevant BA skills within a complementary, but different role and it would be great if you had demonstrable experience working with clients in a consultancy environment

Salary Range:

$79,100.00 - $138,400.00
