Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facility Assessor to join our team! In this role you will get to perform maintain under the NJVIC program.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform daily inspection of selected motor vehicle inspection facilities

  • Prepare a daily written report that details what has been inspected, name of contractor performing the services, acceptability of the services performed, detailing specific discrepancies and recommendation.

  • Responds to emergency and routine facility repair requisitions

  • Maintains status and follow through on all Facility-Link system repair requisitions to one of the individually assigned regions, North, Central or South.

  • Coordinates with the facilities inspector, principal or manager, facilities, station managers or their representatives on all aspects of subcontractor/supplier performance.

  • Inventory Control.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) is preferred and typically 3+ years of related experience.

  • Non-Degreed Assessors must have strong technical competencies in facilities maintenance, electronics and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience are preferred

  • Computer literacy.

Salary Range:

$28.51 - $49.90
