Bridge Construcion Laborer

Parsons is looking for entry level and skilled labor to assist in constructing a bridge in Hazen Arkansas, just outside of Little Rock.
This position will perform manual labor on all phases of bridge construction including demolition, substructure and superstructure using various types of tools.
This position involves various aspects of bridge construction and includes but is not limited to:
Pour, level and finish concrete
Use of basic tools including but not limited to, shovel, pick, or jackhammer
Working around heavy equipment and assisting with associated tasks
Follow instructions and work safely
Reliability is a must
CDL is strongly preferred
CDL preferred, but not required
A high school diploma or equivalent.
3-10+ years previous experience as a skilled laborer in the construction field.
Must be able to operate a jackhammer and other high powered tools.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work at great heights and in adverse weather conditions.
Must be able to climb, bend, squat, sit, stand and lift for extended period of time.
Proven understanding of safe work practices and mitigating risk.
