Job Description:

The Collection Manager, Senior provides on-site and/or remote support to the Contributor Network INSIGHT360 Program Management Office (PMO), the Fusion cell, and the customer in submission of all source intelligence collection requirements to complement existing collections menu or as supplemental/replacement for OSINT, Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collections. The Collection Manager manages and contributes to Ground Intelligence and Threat Analysis Report deliverables in order to ensure optimal synchronization of collection requirements and operations management. The Senior level position is expected to provide technical leadership, planning, and implementation of their assigned efforts and will routinely provide guidance to Junior and Journeyman level positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching, developing, drafting, coordinating, monitoring, and tasking complex all-source collection requirements to include OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT and ISR collections

  • Interfacing and collaborating with all-source analysts

  • Coordinating with requestor and mission partners to determine required/desired parameters

  • Notifying requestor of accomplishment and satisfaction data

  • Eliciting feedback from requestor and taking appropriate action

  • Developing and using advanced queries to provide collection metrics to support analytic products

  • Providing collection capability training to junior analysts

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in related technical field or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of related professional experience

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
