Job Description:
Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. Systems engineering tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation. Collaboration with MDS stakeholders is required to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes.
Job Description:
Perform systems analysis/integration functions to develop, field product-level functional, interface, and performance requirements. Support baseline program reviews, design reviews
Coordinate IMTP Phase 1 (Requirements) for C2BMC and BOA Program Capability Deliveries supporting Program Acquisition Milestones and Agency Priorities
Support IMTP Test Design & Technical Requirements Reviews
Identify Data Needs for C2BMC/BOA performance assessment supporting MDS Incremental capability deliveries through the POM cycle
Support IMTP Test Configuration Sheets (TCS) review and development
Coordinate GT Requirements Allocation, IMAP development of Assessment Requirements (ACS, CACs, KTPs), APs, and AXPs of capabilities being delivered by BC for C2BMC and BOA
Interface with BCE-Requirements (BCER) and other BCE organizations for review and tracking of MDS and BC Program System Specifications (MDS SS, BES) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) development
Required Skills:
BS/BA Degree with 2+ years' of relevant experience
Active SECRET clearance
Proficiency in MDA C2BMC products and the integration / interfacing with the other MDS assets, to include other space-based intel/DoD systems
Systems Engineering and/or project management skills
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment; apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration and operations; maintains the capability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; and works within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supporting Contractor personnel
Desired Skills:
MDA or military experience are a plus
Active Top Secret Clearance
Integration knowledge associated with information technology systems, information management and information security systems, software development life cycle, network node development; network operations, or program integration
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
