Parsons Corporation C3BM Requirements Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama
Parsons is seeking a C3BM Requirements Engineer.
The C3BM engineering efforts involved in this position include engaging in C2BMC anti-tamper engineering and program protection. Develop C3BM anti-tamper approach materials in the areas of implementation costs, vulnerabilities and impact on system performance/maintenance. Develop C3BM anti-tamper requirements and design activities, as well as an initial concept and final anti-tamper plan. Iterative development support is needed through the life cycle of C2BM builds.
Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals. Prepare assessments and reports regarding C2BMC and BOA spiral requirements, specifications, and capability, including trace activities between system-level requirements and subsystem-level requirements; communications; interface controls; interoperability; and operations. Engage in follow-on actions such as documentation reviews, informational updates, and technical assessments for the OWG, BRWG, ICWGs, RAMWGs, SEIC, and ISG.
Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
Support alignment of continued C2BMC developmental additions with MDA/BC spiral products from development to fielding including product assessments during the prime development cycle.
Provide MSI technical integration between product development, product requirement definition, system integration testing and fielding efforts that inform and support the overall spiral deployment.
Develop supporting TIM briefing products for both MDA internal and external integration. Propose solution to integration new sensors into the BMDS to include test objective development and integration milestones.
2 + years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
MDA experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal skills required
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Secret clearance.
