We are looking for an Intermediate Cyber Operations Analyst to provide systems engineering technical support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) – System Engineering Test Requirements (DE/EEF). Position may require occasional travel.
Lead MDA/EEFC (EEF Cyber) systems analysis in support of cyber vulnerability assessment, attack analysis, and system impacts across all MDA mission areas.
Characterize mission impact of cyber security attacks on Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Software Development/Hardware Development/Sensors/Tactical Data Links/Communications.
Provide daily support to EEFC Cyber initiatives, development of cyber solutions, and documents.
Develop and present technical briefings and reports to Senior Leadership.
Review and provide input to Cyber Test Objectives Memoranda (CTOMs).
Generate Status Reports and Meeting Minutes.
Identify and articulate Courses of Action (COAs), Contingency Plans; Implementation Plans, Audit Responses, and Action Item file responses. Our team is equipped with the right tools and training to yield the best results

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
BS/BA in Engineering or technical equivalent with 10+ years experience in related field orMS/MA in Engineering or technical equivalent with 5+ years experience
Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS)
Demonstrated complex systems problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and provide briefings and status updates to Senior- and Executive-level Management
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Desired Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
Understanding MDA Systems Engineering practices and processes
Familiarity with BMDS-level documentation (e.g. BMD System Description Document (BMD SDD), BMD System Specification (BMD SS), etc.)
