Experience supporting members of the Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag Officer equivalent. Capable of providing executive level, and/or general administrative support in all facets of administration. Ability to work independently and have experience with DoD support. Primary function of e-Tasker Liaison at the executive level. Receive, review, allocate tasks with instructions and suspense, track progress, receive task input, review, prepare submission for decision maker. Maintain reports, schedule meetings, lead meetings as required, report status of all tasks. Train new personnel on how to perform task duties.
Perform all facets of administrative functions. Provide outstanding customer service. Interface with other organizations and personnel. Be the focal point for receiving and facilitating the execution and reporting of all tasks in the Directorate.
7 + years w/ HS, or 5 years w/ Associates degree or 3 years w/ Bachelors’ degree
Proficiency inexecutive and general administrative support, MS Office tools, DoD support
Familiarity withMDA policies and procedures
Current Secret Clearance mandatory
