Parsons Corporation Future Technology Integration Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama

Parsons is seeking a Future Technology Integration Engineer to support the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM). C3BM engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration. Participate in C2BMC analysis, concept development, requirements, capability planning, interface controls, allocation of C3BM requirements, trade studies, communications, data sharing, verification, sustainment engineering, testing, fielding and site assessments, analysis of MDS prime contractor documentation, lab experimentation, information assurance, and certifications.
Other responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the BC Algorithm Lead, BSAT, Chief Architect & BCDV to hold Technical Strategy Reviews and to support Technology Plan/Roadmap development for new capabilities.
Work across the BC/C2NT Technical Organization and working group structure to ensure a consistent approach to Requirements, Interfaces, Issue adjudication, Design, Iterative Development, and Test for their Capability across spirals.
Identify and work with PM's to resolve technical and programmatic issues to ensure the necessary progress of their assigned capability to support key milestones.
Attend prime contractor product team demonstrations and planning sessions as the government representative for assigned capabilities.
Provide Technical Leadership and bring key decisions for the assigned capability to the ERB to inform and get agreement.
Support the BC Algorithm Lead to ensure the assigned capability is being adequately assessed by BSAT/BSTAT during development process to minimize overall technical cost to BC.
7+ years of experience
Familiarity with System Tracking, MDS discrimination capabilities, and Link-16
Systems engineering and algorithm testing experience
Familiarity with MDA processes
Familiarity/algorithm knowledge of radar/sensor capabilities
Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Battle Management, and/or Sensor Resource Management technologies
Familiarity with Agile development
Familiarity with MDS, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
Familiarity with MDA/BC advanced technology efforts and programs
Military experience is a plus
Experience with models/simulations
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
