Job Description:
The Operational Capability Baseline (OCB) Working Group (OWG) Administrator provides direct support to the Director of Engineering Baseline & Integration (CEF) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer's Office. The Secretariat is responsible for maintaining the technical accuracy of, and coordinating for changes to the OCB. The Secretariat helps to facilitate the complicated process in which the MDA approves new builds/functionalities to be fielded. This position also provides direct support to the chair of the OCB Working Group (OWG).
What You'll Be Doing:
The OWG Secretariat works closely with the Director of Engineering Baseline & Integration (CEF) at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to ensure the OCB (a roster of approved/assessed builds) remains current and technically accurate.
The Secretariat executes this goal through analysis and coordination of technical information with OWG Stakeholders and Missile Defense System Program Offices (Elements) to ensure that the Warfighter and technical community remains informed of technical issues related to the OCB.
The OWG Secretariat is responsible for ensuring the technical content and format of OCB briefing packages is accurate and ready for presentation to government leadership. The OWG Secretariat will also:
Manage the OWG forecast
Drive forecast updates to MDA Project Server and Qlik Sense
Provide administrative support to OWG meetings
Coordinate technical responses to OWG action items
Ensure the OWG classified and unclassified portals are accurate.
Responsible for generating technical responses to assigned MDA
Task Management Tool (TMT) actions, authoring OCB decision memorandum, and developing staffing packages.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active Secret Clearance or ability to maintain one
Bachelor's degree in systems and/or industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or other STEM field is required and least 3 years of related experience in general systems engineering, analysis of the complex interactions of multiple systems, system design, and/or delivery of capability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable interacting with and briefing senior MDA leaders
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Close attention to technical detail.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Missile Defense System is highly desired.
Experience with Digital Engineering Tools (Qlik Sense, Vizlab, and Microsoft Project)
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.

Secret

Salary Range:
$68,400.00 - $119,700.00
