Parsons is seeking a Program Integrator.
The selected candidate will serve as Program Integrator in the Parsons Federal organization. Primary (full-time) work assignment will be part of a multi-discipline, multi-source government/industry team providing program integration, program management, and general technical/scientific support/services/products as an integral member of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Counter-Countermeasures Directorate.
Seasoned professional to manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.
More specific program integration activity support responsibilities include:
Independent technical and programmatic assessment
Budget development and analysis
Risk analysis and mitigation development
Requirements development and analysis
Development and review of engineering requirements, CONOPS, and integrated schedules
Developing and managing engineering project plans
Systems engineering analysis and process management
Technical performance assessments
Development of system architecture products
BS degree and 5+ years of related professional experience. Non-degreed incumbents must meet equivalency guidelines established for designated job family.
Experience in requirements definition, development, deployment, test/demonstration operations
Ability to create/update products to communicate program performance/execution
Ability to self-manage and initiate within team structure
Ability to decompose complex problems to actionable elements
Ability to work with a diverse team of personnel
Ability to obtain/maintain active TS Clearance and eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Active Secret Clearance required
Desired skills include:
Knowledge and understanding of DoD PPBE processes
Familiarity with the BMDS system level documentation such as the BMD System Description Document and BMD System Specification
Familiarity of the MDA Systems Engineering practices and processes
Working proficiency with Microsoft Access
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
