Parsons is seeking a Senior System Analyst to support the C3BM Program Office. The Senior System Analyst will support all aspects of C3BM development, testing, deployment and operational support. Primary duties will include supporting all technical aspects of the C3BM Communications product and network design and development, testing, integration, fielding and operational support.

Responsibilities:

Primary duties will include supporting all technical aspects of the C3BM product and network design and development, testing, integration, fielding and operational support.

Daily activities will include:

  • Communications design engineering, network performance evaluations and identifying and tracking technical issues, proposing issue resolution paths and develop briefings as required to senior leadership to resolve and track issues.

  • Perform systems engineering and systems integration analysis to include the conduct of SATCOM Architecture studies and long haul communications engineering and analysis support to include: site selections, site surveys, strategic capability development, site planning, establishing facility requirements, supporting facility design efforts, providing on-site construction support, site implementation lead, communications equipment selection, staging, installation, integration and testing management.

  • Assists team and customer with pre-deployment planning and preparations.

  • Participates in engineering, integration, and test activities for the supported systems. Plans and oversees the implementation of integration plans and is responsible for the success of the installation from integration to operational handoff.

  • 20% travel required.

Experience Requirements:

  • BS degree and 5+ years of related professionalexperience.

  • Technical knowledge with Missile Defense Agency,Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts. MDAor military experience is required.

  • Work experience with tactical data links (TDLJ), Link 11, JREAP and Satellite TDL J systems

  • Ability to apply communications networkengineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration andoperations

  • Capability to develop and present reports andpresentations to senior management-level personnel

  • Top Secret clearance

Desired Experience

  • Familiarity with operations in Naval Computerand Telecommunications Stations (NCTS), Joint Interface Control Cells (JICCs),Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs), and/or Air Operations Centers(AOCs) isdesired

  • Knowledge of operations and configurations ofdata link hosts to include ADSIs, LMMTs, and JTIDS is desired

  • Ground Based Missile Defense program, networkexperience, SATCOM / PAAWNS program knowledge is desired
