TEST REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER
Provide systems engineering technical support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) – System Engineering Test Requirements (DE/EEF) by identifying and resolving complex problems crossing organizational boundaries, as well as promulgating solutions. Position may require occasional travel.
Support MDA/EEFP (EEF Planning) test requirements management design, development, and coordination.
Perform Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) testing requirements and allocation analysis, top-level testing design synthesis, and functional analysis and allocation.
Engage in concept planning; design and development; integration, testing and verification at the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) system, element or component level.
In cooperation with coworkers, identify needs of internal and external customers and address their concerns.
Develop and present technical briefings and reports to Senior Executives.
Coordinate across BMDS internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and allocate test requirements.
Perform Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) requirements identification and management.
In conjunction with the Assessment IPT (AIPT), ensure MDA test requirements are adequately defined and coordinated across stakeholders.
Provide technically sound recommendation on most challenging issues.
Identify, track and assist in resolving Action Items and Watch Items resulting from the test requirement management process.
Develop executive level briefings based upon supervisor vision and guidance.
Minimum of 10 yrs experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) in systems engineering role.
Active Secret clearance required.
Experience supporting Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) test planning and/or requirements highly desired.
