Parsons is adding a Project Manager to our Roadway team for our East Central Region , which is comprised of people and projects in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. We also provide support to other programs around the country as needed. We completed I-69 Section 6 Contract 5 Best-Value procurement last year and are delivering Clear Path 465, I-69 Ohio River Crossing and I-465 Northwest right now. Our new project manager will lead roadway, drainage, structural and traffic teams to deliver on infrastructure projects in Indiana and within the region. Our staff is well versed in both traditional and design-build projects and we have recently completed I-69 Section 6 Contract 5 DB Best Value procurement in 2020 and continue to win work and receive accolades from our clients.

Being a PM at Parsons, means you have responsibility, authority, and the best team of engineers working on your projects. In this role, you will be responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and business development activities for small to mega size projects. Our project managers oversee project teams ranging in size from 4 to 20 professionals.
Provide direction and management for medium-sized projects, or several small projects, and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
Responsible for the scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives.
Leads or participate in pursuit strategies and proposal and Letter of Interest (LOI) preparation.
Participates in business development activities and marketing events.
Participates in professional organizations by leading committees and board representation.
Recruit, mentor, retain and develop top industry talent to enhance the current high-performance culture.
Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project. Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.
BS Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering and 12 years or more of related engineering design management experience with Road/highway/interchange projects
Experience on INDOT projects required. PE required
Proven Ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands-on technically in a project
