Parsons Corporation Interface Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Interface Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and provide technical expertise for a large-scale Infrastructure Project.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in interface engineering within the construction industry. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the seamless integration of various systems and components within the project.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify and map out the critical interfaces and touchpoints across the project, including systems, data, processes, and teams.
Infrastructure solid background in mega project is a must.
Develop and maintain comprehensive interface management plans, procedures, and communication protocols.
Expert in using ACONEX interface module.
Facilitate regular interface meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to address issues, share information, and align on objectives.
Coordinate the implementation of interface control processes, including change management, configuration control, and issue resolution.
Analyze interface-related risks and mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential problems.
Serve as the central point of contact for interface-related inquiries, disputes, and escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels and information-sharing mechanisms among stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on interface management best practices and tools.
Continuously monitor and optimize interface management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of organizational standards, templates, and guidelines for interface management.
Collaborate with project managers, system owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in interface engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
In-depth knowledge of building systems, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and MS Office Suite.

Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
