Parsons is now hiring Lead Infrastructure Design Engineer (Wet Utilities) with a desire to work on projects that change the fabric of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of all infrastructure networks, pump stations, treatment facilities and other infrastructure elements.

  • Can lead a team of designers, CAD operators and BIM modelers.

  • Can lead a full project from its early stages (pre-Concept Stage) up to Tender stage.

  • Infrastructure design of PW, SW, IRR-main networks

  • Infrastructure design of Transmission lines

  • Hydraulic modeling and Surge analysis

  • BIM modeling knowledge

  • Preparation of engineering reports (Design Basis, Conceptual, Design Development, and Detailed Design) including calculations, specifications, and BOQ

  • Knowledge of local (NWC, RC, MODON, Aramco) and international standards (AWWA, NFPA, ISO, BS EN)

  • Software skills in Autocad or Microstation, WaterGems, HAMMER, Civil 3D

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 15+ years of related work experience

  • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate may be required

  • Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering
