Parsons Corporation Real Estate Development Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team and support our client in overseeing a large-scale development project. As the Development Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert guidance and strategic direction to ensure the successful execution of the project from conception to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate closely with the client to understand project objectives, vision, and requirements, aligning strategies with business goals and market dynamics.

  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive project management plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee all phases of the development process, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

  • Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other external stakeholders, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track and within budget.

  • Facilitate regular meetings, presentations, and status updates with the client and project team, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate project status, performance metrics, and recommendations to client senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate development projects from inception to completion

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field;

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, or related fields, with a focus on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
