Parsons Corporation Contract Administrative Specialist (KSA National) in Jizan, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Administrative Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to provide environmental protection & Control Department with the required contract activities and assigned pre-award contract administration functions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Carry out the pre-award activities including pre-award schedules, and participates in pre-award meetings evaluation and negotiation process.
Responsible for the timely preparation of legal and contractual document such as; Request for Proposal (RFP) and other legal or contractual packages are required
Review and respond to consultant and Sub-consultant claims in accordance with the provisions of the conditions of contract and ensure the client's and variation orders
Review to ensure policy and procedural compliance in contract actions, coordinates with the environmental protection & Control Department
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Degree in Business Administration/Engineering from an accredited college or University.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in contract administration.
Full knowledge of KSA Government Contract and procurement regulations
Fluent in both Arabic and English Languages
