Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Investor Relation Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage relationships with current and potential investors within the Special Economic Zone. This involves serving as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, developing and implementing strategies to attract new investors, and providing valuable insights to the management team regarding investor sentiment and market dynamics. The Investor Relations Manager will play a key role in driving investment and development initiatives within the organization

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reports to the Director, Investment Development Department of the Royal Commission in Jazan.

• Will be directly involved in briefing senior Royal Commission Management and representing the Royal Commission at high-level meetings and consultation with other Government organizations, private sector investors and industry stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors in the Special Economic Zone

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective investor relations

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new investors and retain existing ones

• Facilitate meetings and presentations to update investors on the progress and opportunities within the Special Economic Zone

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities

• Provide insights and recommendations to the management team regarding investor sentiment and market developments

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to investor relations.

• The successful applicant will be based in JCPDI but will be required to travel extensively both within and outside of the Kingdom.

• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a Western university in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in investor relations, preferably within a relevant industry or economic development setting

• Strong understanding of investor communication best practices and strategies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

• Proficiency in Arabic language will be an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives forward

• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks related to investor relations
