Job Description:
Parsons is now hiring for an excellent Bridge Engineer to join our established transportation team in support of our expanding portfolio of projects, most recently including our win on the KDOT US69 project !

What You'll Be Doing:
Design & analyze bridges of all sizes & scope
Structural designs or structural stability assessments for single span, multiple spans, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, precast concrete & steel bridges
Complete drawings, specifications & other materials suitable for procurement & construction purposes, utilizing Microstation as applicable
Will perform some bridge scour analysis to support projects
Prepare standard engineering computations, material quality takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs
Prepare detailed requisitions for equipment & materials
Review small and portions of larger supplier drawing submittals & assists in performing technical bid analyses
Prepare & issue specifications, data-sheets & other construction documents
Required Skills/Qualifications You'll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (or related field)
Typically 3+ years of related work experience
Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate is required
Preferred Skills/Qualifications You'll Bring:
PE preferred for engineers with more years of experience
DOT Bridge Design experience is preferred
Experience with relevant bridge/civil engineering software

Salary Range:
$59,300.00 - $103,800.00
