The Project Manager shall have the utmost responsibility for managing the entire project and direct all disciplines according to Client's requirements. His responsibilities include:
Direct coordination with/Reports to PART General Manager.
Coordination with the Client and ensure timely compliance of their requirements.
Defines interfaces at the staff levels between Client and Parsons.
Sets out the structure of and approves the Master Plan/Project Execution Plan (PEP) and its deliverables.
Reviews and approves the Program Schedule in accordance with agreed milestones with the Client.
Responsible for financial management of the project, procurements, staff mentoring evaluations etc.
Participates in developing and reviewing of the Planning and Contractual Procedures compliance with the Client requirements.
Project Budget and Earned Value reviews and reporting.
Ensures that the Training Program is in line with Client requirements.
Ensures IT requirements are met in accordance with Client requirements.
Ensures timely distribution of reports to the client and stakeholders.
Overall project management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer / MICE
20+ years work experience including significant experience in road and highway projects.
Excellent command of spoken and written English. Arabic speaking is a plus.
