Parsons Corporation Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist in Langley Air Force Base, Virginia

Parsons is seeking experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to support the Air Operations Center (AOC) Services program in the Langley AFB, VA location. The AOC WS provides the Combined/Joint Forces Air Component Commander (C/JFACC), Airspace Control Authority (ACA), and Area Air Defense Commander (AADC) with the capabilities to develop and execute the strategy, plans, and Command and Control (C2) processes to successfully employ theater-wide air, space, and cyber forces to achieve desired effects in support of a Joint Force Commander's (JFC's) campaign objectives. These positions are contingent upon award.
The Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist will develop proposal plans and schedules, baseline execution schedules, maintain the in-work schedules, perform critical path analysis and what-if planning.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the schedule lead for the AOC WS program team in developing, integrating and maintaining the schedule creation & reporting to the Program Management team.
Work closely with the Integrated Product Team Leads, the IP&S team and program leadership to ensure alignment and integration of the schedule with other key program plans and schedules such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis, High Level Flow (HLF) and detailed schedules below the IMS.
Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning) and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the schedules to support and drive program management understanding and action.
Model driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning and improved schedule visibility/visualization.
8+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) with applying Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements
Experience modeling complex development programs including integration of activities across multiple platforms, multiple suppliers, and customer resources
MS Project experience with Integrated Schedules and Logic networks.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Must possess a current Secret clearance or higher
Active US DoD Security Clearance granted within the last 5 years
Graduate-level degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field
Experience working in Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) and general understanding of CAOC processes and procedures in support of execution of the Air Tasking Order(ATO) and Airspace Control Order (ACO).
