Job Description:

Are you ready to be part of a brand-new cybersecurity project management office that will help build the necessary project management infrastructure and resources to support cyber vulnerability assessments of weapons and space systems?

On our recently awarded program, you’ll get the chance to leverage your existing technical and leadership skills to facilitate the overarching Risk Management Framework for all cybersecurity assessments evaluated. Understanding of cybersecurity and identifying/ tracking different types of cybersecurity vulnerabilities is a must. Experience with facilitating meetings with technical and non-technical staff and helping to drive solutions and track progress a must!

In this role you will:

  • Facilitate meetings where cybersecurity assessments/vulnerabilities are discussed and evaluated

  • Use Risk management techniques to draw out technical details from technical staff and incorporate them into the prioritization of risks identified

  • Lead the process to Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor operational and strategic risk

  • Establish a Risk Management Framework (RMF) that can be used by the team. The RMF could use inhouse tools or enterprise tools, but the ability to work with both is key

  • Refine and translate Risk Management scorecard and Remediation Key to risk management framework

  • Oversee or monitors all operational risk management activities of the organization

  • Monitor and analyzes risks within the units and reports on these risks to the PMO

  • Chair or provide key inputs into the PMO’s enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management process and ensures alignment with organizational objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Management Analysts roles, business process engineering, or project / program management

  • Experience with Cybersecurity / System Engineering and vulnerability analysis. Experience with prioritization of vulnerabilities and understanding of mission impacts a plus

  • Experience with DOD Risk Management Frameworks

  • Experience leading / contributing to business process reengineering efforts or setting up a brand new business process structure/ governance; like risk management, change management, configuration management etc.

  • Strong leadership and self-starting skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to be flexible and use different process / methods when needed

  • TS SCI with Poly required

Salary Range:

$113,100.00 - $203,600.00
