Our Southern Ontario Critical Infrastructure team has an emerging need for a Traffic Management Lead to the existing Highways and Bridges teams. We are looking for a Traffic Management Lead to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for traffic management and engineering on large programs ($200MM+). Leadership experience is expected, as we have both a portfolio of existing projects and the desire to grow this practice through a robust pipeline of opportunities. As such, we'll need this person to support proposal efforts on future pursuits.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and registered Professional Engineer with PEO
8+ years of Traffic Management and Engineering experience working on MTO and Municipal projects in Ontario
Planning, design and delivery of large transportation projects ($200MM+).
Experienced in the identification, pursuit and capture of engineering opportunities.
12+ years of experience with the following:
Experience with the local Southern Ontario market, clients and transportation agencies a plus.
Strong record of managing staff preferred.
Track record of growing practice area and capturing market share.
