Scaffolding/Safety Inspector

Oman

Parsons is looking for a talented Scaffolding/Safety Inspectors to join our site team in the interior area in Sultanate of Oman

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review the contractor’s submittals which includes but is not limited to (i) Scaffolding Shop Drawings (ii)Technical Submittals (iii)Test Reports (iv) Method of statements (v) Documents Transmittals (vi) Materials Submittals, (vii) RFI’s

• Ensuring compliance of works to design requirements, specifications and project plan.

• Perform site inspections, verify the compliance with the specifications and safety requirements.

• Identifying all non-conforming works or materials, notifying the contractor and keeping a proper record.

• Following up corrective and preventive measure taken by the contractor.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High school or Diploma

• Candidate must have minimum 5 years of real estate Scaffolding/Safety experience in real estate

• Have experience in Scaffolding/Safety Inspections.

• Omani National

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Have a proactive and problem-solving personality.

• Good communication and coordination skills
