Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Network Administrator to join our team in Oceanside, CA.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
U.S. Citizenship is required
Active Secret clearance
B.S. in Computer Science or a related discipline. (A combination of education and demonstrable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Minimum 5 years related professional experience
Proficiency in implementing various network topologies
Experience with various network protocols and standards such as TCP/IP, IPSec, and EIGRP
Experience managing networks with communications between orchestrated pods
Experience deploying and troubleshooting various network services such as DNS, VPNs, and PK
Experience deploying and managing NGFWs such as Palo Alto and pfSense
Experience deploying and managing IDS/IPS tools
Experience implementing SIEMs
Experience conducting security audits and vulnerability assessments
Experience with endpoint and network security tools such as Velociraptor and SecurityOnion
Experience with network monitoring and log management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with NetBird
CISSP certification
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Secret

Salary Range:
$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
