The desired candidate will have a dynamic personality who builds relationships during every single member interaction, remains positive and resourceful in every situation, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. In this position the ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, be dependable, reliable, and flexible with a strong desire to learn, ability to lead a team during a time of change and growth, have strong oral and written communication skills, be member focused, possess a lending and call center background, ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and resolve internal and external inquiries, provide ongoing product and service training/coaching to gain a strong knowledge base within the department. Must possess in-depth knowledge of all branch operations, and have the ability to build department policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.

Knowledge and Skills:

Dynamic team-oriented, and member service focused personality.

Strong technology adaptability and desire to learn.

Must have previous branch management/supervisory experience.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

4-year degree in Accounting, Economics, Business (or equivalent) required

Minimum 3 + years of related work experience required

CPA preferred but not required.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES :

Requires a proficiency in standard accounting techniques and principles, strong written and oral communication skills, and a proficiency in PC software packages typically associated with accounting.
