  • Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of a branch, call-center, and card services. Ensures established policies

  • Manage direct reports to maximize productivity, efficiency, and the potential of the human assets of the company, including: hiring, directing job assignments, monitoring staff performance, coaching, counseling, training, assuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational mission, values, policies and work rules. Appraise performance and provide recommendations for staff compensation, promotion, and termination, as appropriate.

  • Oversees and is a key component in the day-to-day processing of all assigned back office support operations i.e. Processes International and Domestic Wires, ACH, Bill Payments, etc.

  • Prepares management reports and general ledger reconciliations, which includes approving charge back items (overdraft), Draft Return Items, RDFI, ODFI, and adjustments to clear suspense accounts such as; Card Adjustments, RDC discrepancies, and P2P GL clearing.

  • Interfaces primarily with branch leads, consumer lending manager, and as needed with branch managers and departmental heads, to ensure effective operations and minimize potential losses. Provides necessary support to branch and other enterprise personnel in positing errors, questions and clarification relating to existing policies and procedures, dealing with requests to add new or change existing policies and procedures and general balancingissues.

  • Oversees and completes all projects as assigned. Keeps management apprised of all critical issues.

  • Provides oversight of the Item Processing department.

  • Provides oversight of the Administrative department in accomplishing goals in the areas of Security and Compliance, facilities, enterprise procurement and maintenance/grounds.

  • Builds, Compiles, and maintains the documentation of policies and procedures.

  • Strategic visions contribute to the success of the company’s strategic plans and recommend improvements to products, pricing, cost effectiveness and procedures.

  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Must have previous branch management/supervisory experience.

  • Bachelor Degree, Associates Degree, or equivalent experience required.

Other Skills:

Ability to analyze and interpret financial and statistical data. Ability to review legal opinions regarding

general operations and recommend appropriate action.


  • 4-year degree in Accounting, Economics, Business (or equivalent) required

  • Minimum 5+ years of related work experience, including supervisory experience required

  • CPA preferred.


  • Requires a thorough knowledge of accounting techniques and principles, as well as a thorough understanding of all accounting rules and regulations pertaining to assigned area of responsibility.

  • Requires strong written and oral communication skills, a proficiency in PC software packages typically associated with accounting, and the ability to perform in a supervisory capacity.
