We are looking for someone who is well diverse, ready to put their experiences to work, and ready to make a different. Someone who understands project accounting, knows the nature of assets and liabilities as well as the income statements accounts. Who is dependable and flexible with excellent analytical and excel skill, understand the full cycle of accounting processes, understand the important of monthly closing and financial reporting deadlines, as well as understand audit procedure and Sarbene-Oxley compliance. Completes complex accounting assignments requiring specialized accounting training and experience.
Experience and knowledge of accounting principles in accounting closing cycle, monthly preparation and post journal entries
Audits accounts and other financial information for completeness, accuracy and legitimacy of charges, and conformance with accounting procedures.
Complete understanding, recording and balancing of intercompany cost transactions between entities
Perform and analyze monthly GAAP consolidated financial statements and generates and analyzes nonstandard financial reports
Prepare monthly journals and assist in closing the general ledger for each period, and completes a detailed analysis of account balances.
Research and analyzes the effects of transactions on account relationships.
Develops and recommends revisions to accounting systems and accounting procedures in conformance with accepted accounting principles.
Refines account structures and reports. Collaborates with information systems personnel to develop or modify systems applications
Prepare and review monthly reporting schedules and accounts analysis
Work well and collaboratively as a team within the group and with others
Write desktop procedure
Other Ah-Hoc assignments and performs other responsibilities associated with this position as deem appropriate.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
Minimum 4+ years of related work experience
Knowledge with ERP ( Enterprise resource planning ) financial system is required
Proficient with MS office
Must have excellent excel skill.
Requires a thorough knowledge of all aspect of accounting techniques and principles, excellent analytical skill, written and oral communication skills, have financial accounting system experience, and a proficiency in PC software packages typically associated with accounting. Potential to perform in a lead capacity is also required.
