Parsons Corporation CAD/BIM Specialist (MIDP) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented CAD/BIM Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to p articipate in implementing the Digital Delivery plan, ensuring design documents and templates meets quality standards for clients and PARSONS. Collaborate with the BIM Leads, CAD/BIM Specialists, Project Managers, and Design Team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the main contact for any updates on CAD/BIM procedures, collaborating daily with the Design Team and CAD/BIM Specialists.
Performs QA/QC of design documents for compliance with Client requirements, including Client and PARSONS quality procedure.
Supervises and participate in the production of drawings and ensures that all project information changes are accurately implemented in the drawings, well-documented, and communicated to the relevant Design Teams.
Follows up with the Design Team to ensure documents are updated in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), CAD/BIM standards, Document Naming Convention.
Reviews design documents issues to verify that they are monitored, resolved, closed out promptly, and appropriately documented and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepares, creates, and maintains the following:- Base Plan- Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)- CAD / Revit Titleblocks
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (or equivalent work experience).
8+ overall years of related work experience in the field of creating Project Drawings, QA/QC and coordination.
Extensive experience in creating Drawings, CAD/Revit Titleblocks, and MIDP.
Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Effective communication skills in English and collaboration with diverse professionals.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Understanding of Quality Management practices, processes, and technology.
CAD, BIM, Software Certification is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and Analytical skills to implement document standards quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough attention to detail.
Knowledge of ISO19650 Standards is advantageous.
