Parsons Corporation Engineering Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Engineering Manager to join our team! The role involves forming a new team on an prestigious project in Riyadh to manage the design and support construction of infrastructure and vertical assets.
What You'll Be Doing:
Required to forecast staffing requirements, recruit, form and manage a team of Engineers.
Plan, monitor progress on deliverables and address issues to maintain schedule.
Monitors the quality and progress on each project, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
Ensures performance within overhead budgets authorized for the discipline
Actively participates in and promotes the Quality Improvement Program.
Works closely with Construction Director, Quality Manager, Project Controls Manager, & Commercial Director to resolve any existing or forecasted problems, quality of work, schedule performance, or productivity.
Resolve RFI/ TQ within required deadlines, track performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Recruits, interviews, and evaluates prospective employees.
Works closely with Construction Director, Quality Manager, Project Controls Manager, & Commercial Director to resolve any existing or forecasted problems, quality of work, schedule performance, or productivity.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Able to solve complex problems and provide suitable solutions.
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Minimum of 15 years of related experience
Enthusiastic and able to drive projects to completion.
Flexible ready to take on and overcome new challenges.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Proven ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in Design and Construction.
Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and the capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments.
