Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Interface & Stakeholder Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a team delivering an iconic transport solution in Riyadh.

The Interface & Stakeholder Specialist is responsible for ensuring all Interface and Stakeholder activities for all project activities and phases are successfully planned, managed and delivered by the contractors and consultants in accordance with recognized industry standards and norms.

In this role, you will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team that is involved in multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District that combines a real estate development of approximately 850,000 sqm of office space, 115,000 GLA of retail, 1,200 residential units, 5-star Hotels, and 600 hospitality keys. KAFD is set to be the main enabler of the KSA 2030 vision.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing all Interface & Stakeholder requirements for the project.

  • Coordinate the activities of the contractors to ensure all interface and stakeholder tasks are started at the correct time and are successfully completed.

  • Ensure contractors are managing all relevant interfaces and stakeholders including with other contractors, ICPs and AHJ.

  • Ensure accurate records, meeting minutes etc. are produced for all interface and stakeholders activities.

  • Own the Parsons Interface and Stakeholders Management section of the project execution plan.

  • Review and approve interface and stakeholders management plans from all other project stakeholders ensuring all plans are consistent across the project and lead to efficient communication and working practices.

  • Ensure interface requirements and scope are met by all stakeholders. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with stakeholders.

  • Manages all interfacing activities across the client, all contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all project stakeholders.

  • In association with the project managers, interview and evaluate prospective employees.

  • Offers personnel development, conducts performance evaluations, counsels employees, and takes corrective actions (as required). Ensures that new employees receive orientation on company policies and procedures.

  • Actively participates in and promotes the Quality Improvement Program.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position and project as required by the Project Director

  • Must be able to travel for project requirements and also be able to work remotely using appropriate technology to deliver the required outcomes.

  • Prepares interface and stakeholder reports and documentation of activity for the client and management.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Fluent in Arabic (written and oral)

  • Experience in delivering railway construction projects

  • At least 8 years in delivering construction projects

  • Experience in managing stakeholders and multi interfaces

  • Ability to agree and approve relevant contractor outputs

  • Excellent and calm communicator

  • Ability to assess requirements and determine the most appropriate way to agreement

  • Be able to build solid relationships with all stakeholders

  • Be able to manage conflict across stakeholder boundaries

  • Good understanding of the relevant stakeholders in a railway project and how they interact

  • Be able to efficiently produce project documentation sch as report, minutes of meetings etc.
