Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistics Manager to join our team! In this role you will gather and analyze data on plans, and project objectives. Provides tracking, status reports, and logistics plans to support and ensure flow of supply, equipment, and labor is efficient and support the delivery commitments for construction of the required assets for the program. Develops strategies, plan, policies, guidelines, and procedures to support the efficient delivery of the project. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve or improve desired results. Coordinate with the management team to implement adequate logistics.
What You'll Be Doing:
Development of logistics plans
Implement advanced logistics principles, theories, and concepts.
Works under consultative direction toward predetermining long-range targets.
Provides advice and counsel Project team in area of expertise.
Assist with production of the Site Logistics Plan.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Degree/Diploma in Business, ICT, Engineering or related discipline with minimum 15 years of experience
Abilityto manage and work in a team, deliver objectives and targets.
Strongcommunication skills
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership and management capability, as well as good written and oral communications skills.
