Job Description:

Are you great with people and have a track record working with teams to get the job done? Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will be working with intelligent, diverse people sharing a common quest on multiple projects in KSA.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings in support of client.

  • Oversee the establishment of the Project Management Plan and other documents as required.

  • Establishes the program implementation requirements, for all areas of assigned projects, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to those criteria.

  • Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop plans for the various deliverables of assigned projects. Ensures that assigned projects meet or exceed goals established in these plans.

  • Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activities within the assigned projects, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project schedule.

  • Establish Weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items for assigned projects.

  • Reporting of projects progress status and responds to client issues and expectations.

  • Monitor developer deliverables, who will be delivering civil, structural, MEP, Architecture, and provide Reporting to Senior Project Managers and Client.

  • Ensuring relevant interfacing is being delivered across all stakeholders.

  • Allocate and manage required resources.

  • Maintains accurate documentation of job progress through daily logs and other reports.

  • Keeps upper managements informed of the day-to-day activities of the project.

  • Prepare, issue and chair weekly/monthly meetings; prepares and submits summary of project progress and pending issues to upper managements.

  • Provide Strategic Planning and studies.

  • Maintaining & updating projects forecasts including reforecasting.

  • Reporting projects progress, highlighting concerns, providing recommendations.

  • Acting as a point of contact with external parties, and willingness to relocate to job site as expected.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact with upper managements for all site activities related to assigned area(s) of responsibility.

  • Inputting to project monthly Dashboard.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience working within the industry in related projects.

  • Prior infrastructure and civil engineering project experience required.

  • Ability to perform the major activities in the job description while demonstrating evidence of past performance in technical, and management responsibilities within the engineering field.

  • Superior initiative, judgement, and ability required to assume the total Leadership of a complete Large-scale program.

  • In-depth and strong knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.

  • Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity

  • Must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.

  • Good spoken and written English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Project Manager to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments that have exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Incumbent must meet Parsons' Project Management certification requirements, when required.

  • Saudi Nationals only.
