Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and implement the quality plans for the roads projects, including project audit to ensure compliance with client and ISO 9001 requirements.
Provide outreach oversight, coaching, and guidance to the quality program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
Report quality issues to the QIP XDS Senior Quality Manger and develop appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
Facilitate forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
Responsible for oversight of all quality among our team.
Responsible for working closely with QIC, delivery partners, and Consultants/Contractors for integrated quality with all key stakeholders, including authorizing authorities and any/all interested parties.
Assign work to employees, oversee, and track the completion of work assignments.
Interview and selects personnel for assignment as required.
Maintain clear and concise work standards and goals; provide training and development; complete performance evaluations, conduct employee counselling, take corrective action as necessary.
Ensure adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience) and typically 12+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality, including 5+ years experience in management capacity.
Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQ certification (CMQ/OE, CQA, or CQE).

Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information.
High-level understanding and appreciation of quality in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, preferably within KSA.
Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with and influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
