Parsons Corporation Reporting and Risk Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Reporting and Risk Manager to join our team! The Reporting and Risk Manager will support the program by developing and implementing risk management processes and reporting protocols. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, the PMO, and delivery partners to ensure integrated risk management across the program. This role also involves handling reporting duties, with a particular focus on the collation of key information for weekly and monthly program reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the program risk management plan and processes.

  • Provide oversight, coaching, and guidance to the risk management program team.

  • Establish standard operating procedures for operational consistency.

  • Form partnerships with key stakeholders, including Client, PMO, Parsons team, and contractors.

  • Track Early/Advance Warnings, cross-check them with the Risk Register, and ensure updates in Aconex.

  • Assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports, ensuring quality and compliance with program standards.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Controls Manager to deliver accurate reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Lead quantitative risk assessments by collaborating closely with planners and developing a deeper understanding of the P6 schedules.

  • Support the PMO in updating Project Management Information Systems and transition to ARM software.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience and 5 years in risk management.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with demonstrated ability to drive results in complex and challenging environments.

  • Proficiency in Excel, with an ability to develop and manage complex spreadsheets.

  • Familiarity with risk management tools like ARM Risk, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis or similar, and familiarity with Oracle P6 and scheduling techniques.

  • Experience with Early Warning or Advance Warning processes and tracking in Aconex.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.

  • Knowledge of Middle East (preferably KSA) regulations and industry standards.

Preferred:

  • Experience with infrastructure projects and risk management in major programs.

  • Previous experience in the Middle East or internationally, particularly within complex program environments.
