Parsons Corporation Risk Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Risk Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be responsible for Parsons’s risk management for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with Jacobs and Mace delivery partners. QIC is providing strategic direction, while this position is accountable for management and implementation to QIC requirements. Reports directly to the Senior Controls & Reporting Director. .
What You'll Be Doing:
Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the risk management program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
Leads forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.
Responsible for oversight of all risk management among our team.
Responsible for risk management of all external and third-party approvals.
Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated risk management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties.
Reports risk management issues to the Senior Controls & Reporting Director and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.
Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
Strong organization and follow through abilities.
Strong business judgment.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- 4-year degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of related experience in risk management.
