Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior F inancial Analyst to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing the annual capital business plan for housing projects.
Follow-up of the cash flows of housing projects through the project's time lines.
Follow up the disbursement plan for housing projects
Analyze the budget of housing projects.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting/Finance
Minimum 8 years experience in a related field.
Equipped with solid knowledge of financial and accountancy practices and principles
Investigating and identifying level of business and analyzing data
Possess competency in reading and generating analytical documentation; utilizing computer assisted financial software and tools; investigating and identifying level of business and analyzing data.
Saudi Nationals only.
