Parsons Corporation Senior Project Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage a major District on one of Riyadh's most breathtaking projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the District made up of a number of work packages through the design, procurement, construction and handover process
Managing Design and Project Management consultants in a Program Management capacity.
Lead a project management support team including design, commercial and project controls.
Coordinating consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district is delivered effectively
Challenge and advise the client organisation on best practice and strategic delivery decisions.
Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design/Construction teams
Monitor and manage Risk in order to maintain the project schedule
Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed
Bring best in class Project, Cost and Project Controls Management
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Degree in Engineering
Min 15 years experience in Sports Assets, Buildings, RetailPublic Realm
Pre and Post Contract / Design and Construction experience
Expertise in preparing documents, writing professional reports attention to detail
Passionate and committed
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
5 years in MEA Region
Masters in Construction Management
Incumbent must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required.
In addition, must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
