Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Engineer Buildings to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a fantastic project with a great team .
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate building construction activities on-site, including structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors involved in building construction.
Conduct regular inspections to verify that construction activities meet quality standards and adhere to the project schedule.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards on-site.
Document and report on the progress of building construction, including daily site reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
Provide technical support and guidance to project team members as needed.
Participate in project meetings, including coordination meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in building construction projects, preferably in a site engineering role.
Strong knowledge of building construction techniques, materials, and processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
