Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Economic Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to analyzing supply and demand trends and studying the economic feasibility of housing projects..
What You'll Be Doing:
Pre-analysis of the economic aspects of projects to know the strategic suitability and the possibility of risk.
Participate in the preparation of a business case strategic scheme for each project.
Participate in setting priorities and sequencing projects within the projects portfolio.
Assistance in preparing the annual capital plan for the housing sector.
Participate in the preparation of final project portfolio plans for a period of 5 years.
Analyzing supply and demand trends and studying the economic feasibility of housing projects.
What required skills you'll bring:
Bachelors in Economics Sciences or any related discipline
Minimum 8 years experience
Good communication skills.
Saudi Nationals only.
